These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of The HR Consultant application ("Service") operated by The HR Consultant ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The HR Consultant provides AI-powered HR guidance to business owners, managers, and HR professionals. The Service offers information on employment law, workplace compliance, HR policies, and related topics.
The HR Consultant is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All content provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only. For complex legal matters, always consult a qualified employment attorney.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans, pricing, and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase within the app.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from within the app or through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
For iOS subscriptions purchased through the App Store, billing is managed by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Eligible new users may receive a 14-day free trial. Your subscription begins automatically on day 15 unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime before day 15 to avoid charges.

All content, branding, and technology within the Service are the property of The HR Consultant. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The HR Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from within the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
